Join us at Weightless Float Center and put yourself in the expert hands of, Kara Taylor, a certified WHM Instructor to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology. The intimate quality allows for ample personal attention, and feedback tailored to your specific situation. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— a WHM workshop offers something for everyone. The program generally kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, and always includes a breathing session and an (optional) ice bath. At the end there is ample room for reflection, and the Instructor is there to answer questions throughout the workshop.

How to prepare: If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.

Who is this workshop for: This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method

Who is this not for: We advise against practicing the Wim Hof Method if you experience any of the following:

• Epilepsy
• High blood pressure (in case of prescription medication)
• Coronary heart disease (e.g. Angina Pectoris; Stable Angina)
• Pregnancy
• A history of serious health issues like heart failure or stroke
• We ask that all who attend are over the age of 20
• If you suffer from migraines, we urge you to be cautious about taking ice baths

What to Bring: A yoga mat. A pen. A smile. Comfy clothes. Swimsuit. Towel. Warm clothes to change into (pyjamas are welcome!). A blanket. A Water Bottle. Light Lunch or Snack, we will have a 30 minute break after breathing to eat.

Cancelation policy: Sometimes, sadly, you might need to cancel an experience with us and of course that’s fine, we will miss you but we also understand that life happens! If life does happen, pretty please cancel with at least 24 hours prior to the start time of any workshop or event. If you cancel within the cancelation period we will give you a full refund, but if you cancel outside of that time we will not be able to offer any refunds or substitute workshops.
